4.1 Existing Bondholders and interested parties are entitled to access a password protected Bondholder area on our relevant Website (the "Bondholder Area") which shall contain updated reports, accounts, credit agency updates and other relevant Bondholder news and information.
4.2 In order to gain access to the Bondholder Area, you will need to first register your details with us on our Websites. If we agree that you are eligible as an existing or potential Bondholder representative, you will be given an individual password with which you will be able to login to the Bondholder Area.
4.3 By becoming a registered user of the Bondholder Area you agree that you will:
(a) not let anyone else use your account;
(b) keep your login details, particularly your password, confidential and not disclose it to any third party; and
(c) notify us if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
4.4 We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you are breaching any of these requirements. We will also terminate your access to the Bondholder Area if you are no longer a Bondholder representative.
5.1 We do not monitor the content of third party websites and any links provided on our Websites are for your convenience and information only. We make no representation or warranty as to the content of such third party websites and we encourage you to read the terms and conditions of those third party websites before you use them. We exclude all liability for any third party material made available on our Websites or contained on any third party website that it links to.
5.2 No links are permitted to our Websites without our express consent in writing. Where a third party provides a link to any of our Websites, this does not mean that we have any relationship, association or affiliation with that third party. Such a relationship shall only exist where confirmed by us that this is the case.
